廣告刊例 :

彩色廣告需自備分色正片。
黑白廣告需自備印刷用正片。
彩色廣告若只能提供正稿予製版，需收取分色費每套港幣八佰元正。 ( 圖片以三張為限，每多一張，另加港幣一佰二十元正 ) 。
雙色廣告若只能提供正稿製版，需收取製版用正片費每套港幣四佰元正。
黑白廣告若只能提供正稿，需收取製版用正片費港幣二百元正。
彩色 / 黑白廣告若需代行設計、拍照及造稿，各項收費依設計式樣而定。
廣告內容如本公司認為不便刊登，本公司有權刪改或停止刊出，無容異議。
刊登之廣告如有文字或資料涉及法律與其他一切問題，刊登客戶或其廣告代理商應負全部責任。
所有廣告在截稿期後，不得取消或更改稿件。
本公司當盡力保存來稿完整，唯不負責稿件之遺失或損壞補償。
本公司有權更調刊登廣告之位置先後，若需指定廣告位置，依廣告價另加百分之三十費用。
除價目表刊出之版位外，其他特別形式之價格另議。
第一次刊登廣告之客戶需先付廣告費，以後每期之廣告費在刊出後七天內繳付清。
刊出之廣告與原稿不符而非緊要者，客戶不得剋扣廣告費。
截稿日期：出版前十天
出版日期：每月十五號

註：由於本刊內容以學術及教育為主，因此本公司有權拒絕接受任何與本刊物內容性質不相關之廣告。

eCampus Today Monthly General Conditions :

We accept colour separated positive film for colour advertising.
We accept positive film for Black & White advertising.
Only artwork supplied to colour printing, we will charge colour separation fee HK$800.00 per set (3 photos limited, the extra photo charge HK$120 per copy).
Only artwork supplied to 2 colours printing, we will charge positive film fee HK$400.00 per set.
Only artwork supplied to black & white printing, we will charge positive film fee HK$200.00 per page.
Art works if request us for design or photograph, the charges depends on its design.
Orders are accepted on the understanding that we may make necessary alterations in the advertisement to ensure its conformity with the standard of the publication; in special circumstances advertisement may be ignored by the publisher.
If the advertisement involved in legal action, the customer or agent would be responsible for any results.
No cancellation or alteration of the advertisement after the deadline.
We are not responsible for loss or damage compensation of the transparencies and other material.
All advertisement positions are subject to necessary changes due to publisher, 30% surcharge will be imposed on any preferred pages.
Charges for special types of advertisements are negotiable.
Advance payment for new advertiser, after that advertising fee should be paid with 7 days from the date of issue.
Any deviation or clerical error of the being published advertisement Which is not relevant or essential, cannot be taken as reasons for deducting the advertising fee.
Deadline: 10 days prior to publication.
Publication Date: 15th of the month.

Remarks: Since e-campus Today Monthly is an educational reading material and targeted to the educational institutions, therefore the publisher should ensure the advertisements conform with the standard of the publication. In circumstances, advertisements may be ignored or rejected by the publisher.
